Neha Singh is a certified yoga teacher, energy healer, and integrative wellness practitioner with more than 19,500 hours of professional teaching experience since 2017.
She is a Level 3 Certified Yoga Professional under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, with specialization in Yin Yoga and Prenatal Yoga.
Through years of teaching and hands-on practice, Neha has worked with individuals experiencing:
